Generally I don't read explicit stories, since porn is not my cup of tea, but this -- it's sex as character exploration, and wow is it effective.

I mean ... it leaves me grieving for them all, and feeling the characters (including House, but especially Wilson) drifting at sea in all their mangled emotions, alone.
